Spend time with the reindeer and see the snowy forest from a sleigh. There is room to ask questions and notice the nature around you.
Meeting and feeding the reindeer
You meet the reindeer and have a chance to feed them. Take your time, follow the instructions given during the visit and ask for help whenever you need it.
You can watch the reindeer as you feed them and ask your guide about the animals. There is time to notice their movements and the snowy surroundings.
A sleigh ride through the forest
You settle into the sleigh for a ride through the snowy forest. Travelling this way gives you a chance to try a traditional part of winter life in Lapland.
Look at the snow on the trees and the forest around you as you go. The route and timing take the day’s snow and weather conditions into account.
Time to take it in
During your visit, you have time to ask about the animals and the surrounding nature. Your guide can also help with clothing, equipment and moving through the snow.
Let your guide know when you need a pause or a little help. Breaks are adapted to the group and the conditions, leaving room to spend time outdoors at a suitable pace.
